Michael Crowther is an award winning composer and multi-instrumentalist whose work has been featured in projects for Sony Pictures Television, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, CBS, NBC Sports, Discovery Channel, Cinemax, Animal Planet, PBS, Toyota, Nissan, Big Fish Games, Shelley Games, various animated films as well as projects for various international film and television studios. Michael's albums are a unique blend of contemporary instrumental, smooth jazz, neo classical, easy listening, and deep romantic themes and has reached the number one position on various charts. His work can be described as music filled with passion, mystery, emotion and imagery which takes the listener on a visual ride through the mind's eye. In addition to his own albums, Michael's music has been featured on over 60 compilation albums.

  Coming from a musical family, Michael began playing music at the age of five, and with the gift of absolute pitch, became proficient on several instruments and began composing at an early age. His performing career began at age eleven on the Baltimore club circuit and he received his first recording contract in his early twenties. Although he is a self-taught musician and composer, Michael's educational credits include studies at the prestigious Peobody Institute Of Music. In his private recording studio, Michael takes special care in handling all aspects of his productions alone including composing, arranging, engineering and playing all instruments. With a vast and diverse catalog, his flair for composing in various genres has resulted in client satisfaction, and a devoted international fan base.
